Shipping & Return Policy

 Processing time

All orders have a 2-3 day processing time once they have been placed. This means once your order is placed, we take up to 3 days to receive and get your orders ready.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is 5-7 business days with a cost of $10

Expedited shipping is 3-5 days at a rate of $25.

We offer free shipping on orders over $250

Special Orders normally take 7-10 business days

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted 3 days after receiving the hair. The hair must be unopened, unworn, and returned in the same condition it was received 

Exchanges are accepted up to 2 weeks after receiving hair. Hair cannot be processed of any kind in order to exchange. 

Book Services Policy


20 min consultations are offered to clients who wish to take advantage. Consultations are highly recommended before booking braid, lash, chemical, and weave services. Consultation fees are $20 and will be applied to the initial service cost. For Braid Barn Services consultations are free of charge. 



Please disclose all services you're hoping to receive at the time of your appointment so the appropriate

Amount of time can be allotted. Services requested at the time of the appointment may be declined.

***We do offer emergency hair appointment. These type of appointment cost an additional $85 along with the cost of the service, and must be requested in advance, they are only available on Laquel's day's off which will be communicated with you when trying to book. Please reach us via email @, with the subject line Emergency Hair Appointment to schedule your emergency appointment. Individual braids or micros are not available for these type of appointments.


Salon etiquette

Additional guests are not permitted to accompany clients. Salon has limited space and is not suited to accommodate guests. To avoid unnecessary distractions and dangers guests and children are not allowed unless being serviced.

Children who are being serviced must be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of their appointment.



Are required for ALL appointments. Deposits are due no later than 24 hours after booking an appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until deposits are received. If you are purchasing hair for an install your deposit will increase to cover a percentage of the hair cost as well. All deposits are non-refundable/transferable. Deposits are paid via invoice.


No call/no show

Are not allowed. Clients who do not arrive at a scheduled appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment will be responsible for paying the full amount of the service cost in order to book services in the future and asked to pre-pay a $50 deposit for all future appointments.

Late arrival

To ensure the stylist has a sufficient amount of time per client, clients can be serviced on time and receive full attention from the stylist clients can be no more than 15 mins late. In the unfortunate event you are not able to arrive within 15 mins of your appointment your will be asked to reschedule. 



Must be signed prior to all chemical services and services requiring adhesive. A stylist can require a waiver to be signed at her discretion.



We accept all major credit and debit card payments, cash app is also excepted until listed otherwise.


VIP Policy

VIP is a prepaid service. For example : sign up june 12th to cover the appointments in AUGUST

VIP MEMBERSHIP ONLY COVERS 1 CLIENT and is nontransferrable

VIP is a 3 month membership costing $25 per month. Clients under this plan are set up on an autopay style of billing. Autopay is necessary in order to become a member. 

All VIP memberships must be paid on time every month. 2 day grace period. Failure to pay will result it instant termination of membership . 

Stylist, La'Quel, can cancel your VIP memberships at anytime. Due to the nature of membership and services, cancellations made by the stylist are done at the end of the billing period. This is to ensure the client is still serviced for the months that they paid. La'Quel will effectively communicate to you about any cancellation she must make. 

Clients can cancel memberships by contacting La'Quel. Cancellations are only available via contacting La'Quel.
