....IF ITEMS ARE PURCHASED FROM OUR PRE ORDER SECTION, IT IS ORDERED UPON THE PURCHASE. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PROCESSED ORDER WE BEGIN DILIGENTLY WORKING ON GETTING THE ORDER OUT TO CLIENT WITHIN A TIMELY MANNER . THE PROCESSING TIME IS LONGER THAN THE AVERAGE 2-3 DAYS.

Standard shipping is 5-7 business days with a cost of $10
Expedited shipping is 3-5 days at a rate of $25.
We offer free shipping on orders over $250
Special Orders normally take 7-10 business days
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted 3 days after receiving the hair. The hair must be unopened, unworn, and returned in the same condition it was received
Exchanges are accepted up to 2 weeks after receiving hair. Hair cannot be processed of any kind in order to exchange.
